So back in March the marketing team at Dr. Pepper said they would give a free Dr. Pepper to everyone in America if the release of Guns N' Roses album "Chinese Democracy" drops in 2008. I don't really understand their tie to Guns N' Roses but I guess they felt like it was a safe bet since the recording began in 1994.
